About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Installation Supervisor to oversee and manage their on-site installation projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of installation processes, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of installation technicians, coordinate with project managers, and serve as a key point of contact for clients during the installation phase. The ideal candidate is adept at problem-solving, maintaining team morale, and driving efficiency in a field-based operational environment. This position is crucial for maintaining our client's reputation for excellence in installation and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the daily activities of installation and maintenance teams on project sites.
- Ensure all installations are performed according to design specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines and resources, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets standards.
- Train and mentor installation technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve site issues and ensure project success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the installation or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive project completion.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and potentially traveling to various project locations.
