About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Beauty & Wellness Consultant to join their expanding team, operating entirely remotely from Pietermaritzburg . This role is pivotal in providing expert advice and personalized recommendations to clients across various beauty and wellness domains. You will leverage digital platforms to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them towards optimal solutions, contributing significantly to client satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed virtual consultations with clients to assess their beauty and wellness goals and requirements.
- Provide expert product and service recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles and follow-up schedules.
- Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and industry best practices via digital channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for remote client engagement.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant , esthetician, or related role.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, health, and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and CRM software for client management.
- A strong understanding of online sales and customer service principles.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
