Assistant Facilitator – Luxury Lodge | Thabazimbi, Limpopo
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Facilitator to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys supporting training initiatives, developing team members and helping maintain exceptional service standards within a luxury lodge environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of staff training programmes.
- Support the facilitation of training sessions to ensure employees understand operational procedures and service expectations.
- Assist with onboarding and the induction of new team members.
- Monitor staff progress and provide feedback to support continuous development.
- Help maintain training materials, attendance registers and employee development records.
- Work closely with management and departmental teams to identify training needs.
- Encourage a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism and service excellence.
- Support the implementation of consistent luxury hospitality standards across the lodge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, staff training or a facilitation role.
- A strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest service standards would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, approachable and professional attitude.
- The ability to work well within a team and engage confidently with employees at different levels.
- A genuine passion for training, mentoring and staff development.
Salary
Negotiable, depending on experience.
