Position: Parts Salesperson (Tele-Sales)

Masterparts is a large automotive parts wholesaler and retailer that has been in the trade for fifty years. We are opening a Distribution Center in Modderfontein and are looking for a professional and personable Parts Salesperson (Telesales) to serve our wholesale and retail customers in the automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve wholesale and retail customers in the automotive aftermarket.
  2. Utilize strong product knowledge and technical skills to assist customers.
  3. Engage with customers effectively using exceptional sales skills and telephone manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years experience in automotive spares counter and telesales.
  2. Strong product and technical knowledge.
  3. Exceptional sales skills and telephone manner.
  4. Computer literacy is essential.
  5. Professional contactable references are required.
