Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development /Sales Executivein the IT / Tech / Fintechindustry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell IT products/services (e.g., software, hardware, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT or technology sales (software, hardware, etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
