4WKS is looking for a vibrant, hands-on Designer & Digital Content Creator to join our ambitious, fast-growing team. You'll play a key role in bringing the 4WKS brand to life visually and verbally – creating compelling content and design assets that connect with our community and champions our mission to shift habits (and the planet) one coffee at a time. From sharp copy to striking graphics, social media posts to core marketing assets, you'll be our go-to in-house creative, ready to turn ideas into impact.

The ideal candidate is a multi-talented designer and wordsmith with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of digital platforms, and has a can-do attitude. If you have great wield over a camera, that'll be a big plus. Most importantly (aside from being a Unicorn), you believe in the power of creativity, coffee, teamwork, and using business as a force for good.

Your role

You'll be responsible for bringing the 4WKS brand to life and fostering our growing community through standout, on-brand creative content. Reporting and working directly to the 4WKS Creative Lead and Brand Director, you'll help execute on our brand strategy and drive awareness – crafting content that shines across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.), web assets, newsletters, and more.

Your core responsibilities
  • Social Media Creation & Management: End-to-end content creation and management – from curating ideas, writing snappy copy, and designing assets, to creating behind-the-scenes content, reels, and assisting with community management.
  • Copywriting: Crafting clever, engaging and precise copy across all platforms, always in the 4WKS tone of voice and brand style.
  • Graphics & Design: Designing scroll-stopping visuals and meaningful on-brand assets for social, web, newsletters, campaigns, collateral, decks and more – using Figma templates and Adobe Suite.
  • Email Marketing: Designing and writing meaningful mailers that connect with our community including editorial, new products and collaboration launches.
  • Influencer Outreach: Assisting with influencer outreach, partnerships, and bringing creative collabs/campaigns to life.
  • Campaign & Photoshoot Facilitation: Helping to organise and participate in photoshoots.
  • Community Engagement: Helping us look after our Club Members like VIPs, managing online support, and keeping our community buzzing.
Required skills
  • Creative Conceptualisation & Follow-Through: Ability to conceptualise, execute, and deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Strong writing skills: Creating engaging, on-brand communication.
  • Strong design eye and skills: The ability to create visually-compelling assets, and sticking to a defined brand style guide.
  • Proficient in design and design tools: Adobe Suite and Figma, ideally.
  • Proficient in photography, videography, and editing.

  • Design Experience: Confident in design software with experience creating standout visuals across digital platforms. You'll be our go-to in-house designer, ensuring everything looks sharp, cohesive, and on-brand.
  • Team Player: Ability to work together to bring the dream alive, and to fit into a culture that is built on authenticity, integrity, kindness, respect and always showing up – and doing – our best.
