Swipe iX, a division of Media24, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our software development team.

What The Role Entails:
The Business Analyst will serve as a crucial link between our clients, product managers, and development teams. This role will focus on gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating complex business needs into actionable user stories and specifications. What You Would Do:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Develop detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams to capture business needs and project requirements.
  • Product Refinement: Collaborate with product owners and development team to refine product vision and align features with client objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and resolve discrepancies between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present findings: Prepare and present findings, reports, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.

Collaboration & Agile Support: Work closely with project and development teams during sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions and other agile ceremonies.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases that validate that the product meets the defined requirements.
Ongoing Refinement: Support ongoing product iterations by updating documentation and requirements based on feedback and new insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Business Analyst or Product Management or similar qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a digital agency or product-driven environment.
  • Experience in business process management software and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello as well as process mapping tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
