About the Role
Our client is looking for a versatile Full-Stack Blockchain Developer to join their innovative team based in Paarl . This role requires a candidate proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with a specialization in blockchain technologies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining decentralized applications, from user interface design to smart contract implementation. This is a hands‑on role where you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle of exciting new blockchain projects. If you possess a blend of traditional web development skills and deep blockchain expertise, this is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust smart contracts using languages like Solidity.
- Design, build, and maintain user interfaces for decentralized applications (dApps).
- Implement back-end services and APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
- Integrate front-end components with smart contracts and blockchain data.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong experience with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity) and blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum).
- Experience with back-end development languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go) and databases.
- Understanding of Web3 libraries and tools (e.g., ethers.js, web3.js).
- Solid understanding of blockchain principles and decentralized application architecture.
