We are searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our FTC (FIXED TERM CONTRACT) graduate trainee program. As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops and other working environments to gain practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting project coordination of events, roundtables and conferences
- Developing event themes, agendas, session briefings and other collateral
- Researching and suggesting suitable topics and speakers
- Managing development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
- Preparing social media content such as relevant captions, hashtags and images
- Analysing marketing and communications programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is required
- A valid driver's license
- 1 year experience in a relevant field will be ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset
