The Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and self-motivated Brand & Community Specialist to help grow our brand, attract retreat attendees, and engage with our community. You'll play a vital role in establishing our online presence, running targeted campaigns, and building partnerships—all with a lean, resourceful approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
    1. Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, focusing on storytelling, wellness tips, and retreat promotions.
    2. Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts.
    3. Run targeted digital ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads) within a budget, optimizing for lead generation and conversions.
    4. Monitor engagement, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  2. Website & Email Marketing
    1. Maintain and update our website with new retreat offerings, testimonials, and blog content.
    2. Write and send engaging newsletters to our email subscribers, sharing retreat updates, wellness insights, and success stories.
    3. Optimize website and email content for SEO and conversion.
  3. Partnerships & Outreach
    1. Identify and establish partnerships with companies, HR teams, coworking spaces, and wellness brands to offer corporate wellness retreat packages.
    2. Build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and media outlets for guest articles, podcast appearances, and PR opportunities.
    3. Manage referral and ambassador programs to encourage word-of-mouth growth.
  4. Community Engagement & Customer Insights
    1. Foster an online community via social media groups and engagement initiatives.
    2. Collect and showcase client testimonials to build trust and credibility.
    3. Gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve retreat experiences.
Who You Are
  1. You have 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital strategy, or community management, ideally in the wellness, travel, or hospitality industry.
  2. You are resourceful and able to make an impact with a lean budget, finding creative ways to maximize reach and engagement.
  3. You have strong storytelling and content creation skills (writing, basic graphic design, or video editing a plus).
  4. You are familiar with social media advertising and have experience running targeted ad campaigns.
  5. You're comfortable working independently and taking initiative while collaborating closely with the founder.
  6. You're passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and creating transformative experiences.
