Job Description

The Front Office Manager will take full and sole responsibility for the supervision and control of all guest services, Reservations, Guest Relations, and administration of the Front Office Department.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Matric essential
  2. Hospitality Management Qualification essential
  3. 2 - 3 Years Front Office management experience essential
  4. 5 Years+ Front Office experience
  5. Experience with an HMS system (Protel advantageous)
  6. Hands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  7. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
  8. Leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
  9. Effective communication with members of staff as well as guests of the hotel
  10. Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
  11. Great attention to detail
  12. Presentable and well spoken
  13. Team Player who leads by example
  14. Proactive in approach
  15. Interpersonal skills
  16. Ability to work shifts
