Qualifications:- Board certified or eligible in Nephrology and have completed an ACGME accredited fellowship in Nephrology.
- MD or an MD-PhD, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Must be able to obtain full licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- This position supports H1B visa candidates but cannot support candidates with J-1 visas.
- Academic appointment as an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor at UMass Chan Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements in addition to teaching activities.
- Outstanding clinical acumen who will support the clinical practice, carry out his or her own research activities, and contribute to trainee education.
- The successful candidate will have opportunities and support for research and education, but a full-time clinician would also be considered.
- The Division and DOM has a collegial, collaborative environment with team-based nephrology consultative hospital and ambulatory services.
