Requirements

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably within an international or regional context.
  • Experience managing projects in Hospitality, Travel, or Lifestyle sectors, including product launches, marketing initiatives, or operational improvements.
  • Background in supporting executive-level leadership in complex organizational structures.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, PMO standards, and process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProject & Process Expertise
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong understanding of industry trends in Travel, Lifestyle, Tourism, or Finance.
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (presentation design, data visualization).
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven business solutions is an advantage.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems independently.
Cultural Awareness & Client Service
  • Fluent in English (C2 level); additional German language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Background in Luxury Client Service or high-net-worth client management is a plus.
