We are seeking an experienced, skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team and provide high-quality support to our financial advisor, assisting us in delivering exceptional client service.

Role Overview:

As an Experienced Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisor by preparing detailed financial proposals and quarterly reviews, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review financial planning reports and recommendations.
2. Conduct research and analysis on financial products, investment products and strategies, tax strategies, and pension schemes.
3. Liaise with financial advisor and admin staff to gather necessary information.
4. Ensure all reports and advice comply with regulatory requirements.
5. Assist in the development and review of financial planning strategies.
6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in a Paraplanning role.
2. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and tax regulations.
3. Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Xplan, Excel, etc.).
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
