Job Description

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and optimize sales operations, ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine processes, drive performance, and elevate customer satisfaction.

We need someone who can hit the ground running and take charge of our teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability within our operations.
  3. Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  4. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  6. Oversee CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
  7. Oversee the functions of our consultant teams and service delivery.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by streamlining communication and resolving issues promptly.
  9. Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance overall business operations.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be to your advantage.
  2. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales operations, team management, and process optimization.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  4. Proficiency in sales management tools.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Familiarity with small business services or compliance-related industries is a plus.
In-house Training will be provided, but we need you to be hands-on from the get-go.
