Outsourced CFO is looking for a System Integration Consultant to automate, build business processes and implement these solutions for clients.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Design Client Systems
  2. Discuss current business flows with clients and identify problem areas
  3. Research software stacks that will meet client needs or build software stack from scratch
  4. Send client proposal and present findings based on research
  5. Implement or amend proposal based on clients feedback
  6. Liaise with Development resources/service providers to confirm feasibility
  7. Build Clients Systems
  8. Implement chosen software stack approved by client
  9. Meet with client during build to ensure alignment with expectations
  10. Do sandbox testing for aspects of system that have been built
  11. Amend implementation based on results of testing
  12. Deliver project to client and provide support thereafter
  13. Provide training on implemented solutions
  14. Project Management
  15. Take approved client proposals to determine time allocation to project
  16. Set-up internal timelines on each section of the proposal
  17. Determine work that will be outsourced to other service providers and will be onboarded internally
  18. Communicate with client throughout the project build to ensure customer satisfaction
  19. Attend regular standups internal and external to report back on progress
  20. Provide reasonable timelines and breakdown of deliverables for a given project
  21. Provide detailed status updates regarding project budget spend and any anticipated scope creep
  22. Training
  23. Train clients and internal team members on their unique software stacks
  24. Train other system integration consultants on software stacks
  25. Amend trainings based on implemented system changes
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience with a relevant qualification in Software Engineering / Computer Science.

  3. Ability to work in a team environment
Skills and Abilities
  1. Java and/or Python development experience
  2. An understanding of Deluge would be greatly beneficial, but not compulsory
