Office Administrator Plumstead, Cape Town

Ziyo is a specialist consulting and accounting practice based in Plumstead, Cape Town. We have been working with non-profit organisations for more than 28 years.
Required Qualifications- Matric and/or diploma NQ level 5 or higher.
- A drivers' licence and regular access to a car (kilometre reimbursements are paid).
- Excellent communication skills in English with at least one other South African language being an advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good computer skills including MS Office suite and other online applications.
- Interest in, and flair for, social media and the creation of publicity materials.
- Systematic and thorough approach to tasks.
- Interest in the non-profit sector and the operations of a small business.
Main tasks include:
- Reception and telephone duties.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a small office.
- General and financial administration.
- Event organisation.
- Maintenance of social media platforms, website, and print materials.
The position will suit a person who is:
- Vibrant, capable of multi-tasking and being organised.
- Eager to gain the experience of working in a small business environment.
Salary: Approximately R11 000 – R13 000 depending on experience.
