Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The position involves providing support to the senior buyer in various areas within Purchasing, including following up on orders, contracts, and communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Success in this role entails efficient administration of purchasing systems, accurate data analysis and reporting, and effective assistance in the purchasing process.

This position is earmarked for Unemployed Youth on a 12-month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assist buyers in following up on orders, contracts, and filing.
2. Assist buyers in communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
3. Update supplier information in databases.
4. Support in administration of purchasing systems.
5. Provide general support to buyers in the purchasing process.
6. Assist in data analysis and reporting.
7. Other administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Skills Required

1. Good communication skills and strong working motivation.
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Strong administrative skills.
4. Responsible and detail-driven.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and database management.
