We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Project Manager with Business Analyst competencies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and business analysis capabilities to deliver IT projects for the internal client and the external client successfully. This role will involve collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to facilitate project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and quality assurance professionals, to drive project objectives and deliverables.

2. Business Analysis:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyse business requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and other documentation to articulate business requirements and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate technology options, recommend solutions, and assess feasibility based on business needs.

3. Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and status updates to ensure alignment on project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices, industry trends, and potential enhancements to optimize IT solutions.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing

  • Define test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria to validate the functionality and performance of IT solutions.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to execute testing activities, identify defects, and facilitate resolution in accordance with project timelines.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to validate solution usability and address any feedback or issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) in IT project management, with a focus on delivering software development or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) advantageous.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Nifty, Monday, Zoho Projects) is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS and collaborative platforms (e.g Zoho One, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) is advantageous.
