Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the budgeting process and monitor financial utilization according to the operational plan.
  2. Produce or review budget reports to ensure accuracy in reflecting work activities.
  3. Maintain financial documentation for accurate record-keeping and compliance with legislative requirements.
  4. Identify and escalate potential budget risks that may lead to increased costs or financial losses.
  5. Present proposals for planned activities requiring financial resources and approve expenditures.
  6. Analyze data to forecast expenditure and cash flow trends, making recommendations for budget improvements.
  7. Ensure customer service solutions align with the operational plan, organizational values, and service standards.
  8. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, taking ownership of issues and analyzing feedback for service improvement.
  9. Implement and monitor business processes according to quality standards, compliance, and governance requirements.
  10. Foster teamwork and inclusivity, promoting personal development plans and sharing knowledge to enhance team success.

Requirements
  1. A BSc in Engineering, BSc in Informatics, or a related qualification.
  2. A minimum of 8 years of solid experience with the Microsoft technology stack.
  3. 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical team lead role.
  4. Experience in C# custom development.
  5. Familiarity with the Power Platform, including mobile-driven applications and Dataverse.
  6. Experience with SSIS and SQL.
  7. Understanding of Agile frameworks.
  8. Strong stakeholder management skills.
  9. In-depth knowledge of SDLC code practices.
  10. Experience with REST API integrations.
  11. Familiarity with CRM Dynamics and Azure DevOps is beneficial.
  12. Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly advantageous.
