Your Role

As a Financial Advisor, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique financial needs and goals.
  • Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Develop and implement financial plans customized to each client's circumstances.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and sales activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with specific goals to be outlined during the interview process.

What You Bring

  • Valid South African Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle (Essential)
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in short-term commercial or healthcare insurance.
  • NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning or a related field.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Advantageous: Class of Business accreditation, CMS accreditation, or other relevant industry certifications.
