Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate & Create: Partner with relevant stakeholders to prepare initial briefs and develop innovative store layouts that incorporate the latest trends and specifications in the built environment.
  2. Measure & Document: Conduct onsite measurements of existing structures, create as-built plans, and maintain an up-to-date asset register for new and existing stores.
  3. Design Excellence: Prepare detailed working drawings for site execution, including new and existing store layout plans, and create stunning 3D presentations for interior design aesthetics.
  4. Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching new design concepts, equipment, and specifications to implement in retail spaces.
  5. Teamwork & Deadline Focused: Work within a collaborative team environment to achieve goals and meet project deadlines efficiently.
  6. Store Visuals: Capture photos of existing and new store environments to showcase your work and demonstrate the transformation of spaces.
  7. Space Planning Expertise: Apply your knowledge and skills in space planning to create functional and visually appealing retail layouts that enhance the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Education: Matric with a Diploma in Interior Design or Architectural Draughting.
  2. Design Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Knowledge of CoreIDraw is advantageous.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Passion & Motivation: Eager to learn, self-driven, and a dedicated team player committed to excellence.
