The Integrated Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a hybrid security operations function, incorporating a Security CCTV Monitoring Centre, a Guarding Control Room, and the escalation and monitoring of lone worker devices. Additionally, the role requires strong technical expertise in security technology solutions, with experience in designing and supporting projects related to CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and AI-driven smart security solutions.
This role ensures operational excellence in security monitoring and control room activities while supporting security technical projects by designing effective security infrastructure solutions. The Integrated Solutions Manager will lead a team, drive efficiency, and enhance operational processes through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Security Operations & Control Room Management

  1. Oversee the Security CCTV Monitoring Centre and ensure the effective operation of surveillance systems.
  2. Manage the Guarding Control Room, ensuring efficient deployment, book-ons, and escalation procedures.
  3. Oversee the monitoring and escalation process for lone worker devices, ensuring staff safety protocols are followed.
  4. Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and compliance frameworks to optimise control room operations.
  5. Ensure service levels, response times, and incident management protocols align with industry standards and company policies.
Security Technology & Project Support
  1. Support security technical projects by designing and developing plans for CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and other smart AI-driven security solutions.
  2. Work collaboratively with the Technical Manager and engineering teams to deliver integrated security solutions.
  3. Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and system design recommendations for new and existing clients.
  4. Stay up to date with emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
  5. Provide technical support and consultation to clients and internal teams regarding security system design and implementation.
Leadership & Team Management
  1. Directly manage two key supervisors: one responsible for the Guarding Control Room and the other for CCTV Monitoring.
  2. Provide leadership, training, and development to enhance team capabilities.
  3. Work closely with the Technical Manager to ensure alignment of security technology initiatives with operational requirements.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
  1. Act as the key point of contact for security monitoring and control room operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Collaborate with clients to tailor security solutions that meet their operational requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client service agreements.
  4. Provide regular reporting and insights on control room performance, incidents, and emerging security trends.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience in managing security control rooms, CCTV monitoring centres, or similar operations.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and AI-driven smart security solutions.
  3. Experience in designing security system plans and supporting technical security projects.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor employees.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound operational decisions.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively across different teams, including security operations and technical services.
  7. Knowledge of compliance regulations, industry best practices, and risk management in security operations.
  8. Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  9. Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights on operational efficiency and security trends.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Certifications in Security Management, Technical Security Systems, or related fields.
  2. Experience with security monitoring software and AI-based analytics.
  3. Knowledge of PSIM (Physical Security Information Management) systems.
  4. Familiarity with Health & Safety and Lone Worker Protection regulations.
  5. Prince2 or other project management qualifications (desirable but not essential).
