We are looking for an experienced Freelance Accountant to assist with our financial records on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in VAT registration and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register the company for VAT and ensure compliance with SARS regulations.
  • Maintain and update financial records including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
  • Assist with tax filings and financial reporting when required.
  • Provide financial insights and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in VAT registration and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, QuickBooks).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on time.
