Job Overview :

Onboards new clients into MarketingCloudFX as the face of the platform using project management skills to coordinate the understanding of the platform and then working with developers to set up a unique set of tools depending on the client's goals and needs. Understands data marketing, tech stack consulting, and digital marketing as a whole. This role is client-facing and strong business acumen consulting experience is a big plus.

Responsibilities :

• Providing demos for clients to review our proprietary software, MarketingCloudFX.
• This is a client management and client-facing role where you will manage multiple ongoing relationships.
• Working with Developers to implement software setups.
• Setting up the software for clients.
• Auditing Data Tech Stack (client CRM, 3rd Party Tools) and compare with opportunities in MarketingCloudFX.
• Quality Assurance for the client's Tech Stack.
• Setup of MarketingCloudFX for clients.
• Auditing MarketingCloudFX for ongoing support for clients.
• Auditing Opportunities and writing / creating reports for clients.
• Generating recommendations for Data Marketing Strategy for clients.
• Ongoing consulting and tool setup for clients.

Qualifications for Role :

• Excellent project management / organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Business Acumen and Consulting Skills related to Data Marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Experience in CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.
• Experience in Google Ads.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with creating reports / analyzing data.

Percentage Breakdown

• 20% Team Coordination / Project Management
• 20% Independent Work
• 60% Client Facing Work / Consulting / Communication

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience. Annual merit-based increases.

We're currently looking for full-time team members who are able to work in our Cape Town office and the hours outlined below.

Work Hours :

Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM SAST

Friday : 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST
