Fremantle Hospital is a 300-bed specialist hospital focused on providing high-quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services.

SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients. You will also be required to facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
