As a Quantity Surveyor in this fast-paced environment, you will be at the helm of managing pricing, tenders, and costings, ensuring every bid is not only competitive but also profitable. You will take the reins of cost control, ensuring financials are aligned with project timelines and clients receive the best value for money. Your role will also involve conducting site visits twice a month to produce accurate monthly valuations for service suppliers. Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets across a variety of properties will be key to maintaining financial efficiency, while vendor management will ensure service providers meet agreed service levels and maintain the highest standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recognised Quantity Surveying qualification with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial property environment.
  • A deep understanding of costings, tenders, and pricing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets within facilities management.
