About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and forward-thinking Digital Learning Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is essential in transforming educational content into engaging and effective digital learning experiences. You will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative online courses, modules, and learning materials that cater to diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and interactive digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, concise, and effective learning materials.
- Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning objectives.
- Utilize various authoring tools and multimedia technologies to produce high-quality digital learning assets.
- Ensure learning content is aligned with pedagogical best practices, accessibility standards, and learning outcomes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning solutions and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Learning Designer or Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital learning projects.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
- Solid understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and user experience (UX) in learning.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
