Are you a recent Psychology, Education, or Childhood Studies graduate looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support? Reeson Education is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest, where you'll work closely with teachers and support pupils in their academic and personal development.

The Role:

• Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
• Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
• Location: Waltham Forest, East London.
• Start Date: Immediate.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils needing additional help, and assist children with SEN and behavioural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils in KS1 and KS2.
• Assist in delivering engaging and structured lessons.
• Support children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
• Help with behaviour management and create a positive learning environment.
• Gain experience with classroom strategies and interventions used to support different learning needs.

What We're Looking For:

• A Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or related graduate.
• A passion for child development, learning, and inclusive education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a school environment.
• An interest in pursuing a PGCE, teacher training, or educational psychology in the future.
