The key purpose of this role is to ensure consistent material supply to the BU South.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Supplier management (operational level)
  2. S&OE and S&OP implementation and management
  3. Provide ST & LT material requirements to key stakeholders
  4. Ensuring material supply against requirement
  5. Stock level management as per Inventory Policy at Brewery and Supplier
  6. Expediting of urgent deliveries
  7. Materials management for NPD, promotions and discontinuations
  8. Obsolescence tracking and management
  9. Risk identification and mitigation
  10. System and Master Data maintenance
  11. Identify and implement cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives
  12. KPI tracking, reporting on Supply Chain Overheads
  13. Reports
  14. CP process implementation and maintenance
Key Attributes:
  1. Ability to negotiate with and influence Suppliers
  2. Strong analytical skills
  3. Strong Problem solving ability
  4. Excellent presentation, report drafting, and interpersonal skills
  5. Discipline and rigor around process and attention to detail
  6. Commerce, supply chain/logistics or engineering degree preferred
  7. Ability to use SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  8. Familiarity with Supply chain principles, from Purchasing through to manufacturing
