About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join their globally distributed, remote-first team. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user-facing features and server-side logic for their innovative web applications. This role requires a strong command of both frontend and backend technologies, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual environment. You will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and robust functionality. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Design and implement efficient backend services and APIs using languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Manage and interact with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store and retrieve data effectively.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate concepts into functional and engaging web applications.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
- Work effectively in an asynchronous, remote team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid experience with backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
