We have a broad range of expertise and experience with specialists in Recruitment, Organisation Development, Reward, Benefits, Payroll, Projects and Human Capital Business Partnering. Our teams in Cape Town, London and Johannesburg provide Human Capital support across the jurisdictions within which we operate. We are globally integrated in our work and connectivity.

In this role you will:
  • Provide administrative support to the HC Executive and HC Team
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and training initiatives, and make bookings/travel arrangements
  • Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents
  • Process invoices
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including registration and venue booking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
You should consider applying if you have:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
