We are looking for a Programme Test Manager to lead project teams in defining and implementing an overall programme test strategy in accordance with agreed testing principles and standards in order to manage risk, align teams and optimise testing efficiencies across application area streams. The purpose of this role is to lead the Test Implementation in accordance with the agreed QA principles and standards in order to manage the BDA platform risk and inter-dependencies during the modernisation programme lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee the integrated testing strategy.
  • Acting as a Programme Test Manager in the successful delivery of functional and non-functional testing strategies on a mission critical system.
  • Managing highly integrated and complex multi-year programmes of work.
  • Manage system integration, acceptance, and market-facing testing activities.
  • Align testing methodologies with programme objectives, reducing risks of delays or quality issues.
  • Coordinating with vendors, market and multiple teams in a hybrid approach.
  • Successful implementation of test automation and DevOps strategies.
  • Advanced Azure DevOps experience an advantage.   
  • Advanced Scaled Agile experience an advantage.

Your expertise:

  • Management/ 6+ years in a management role (after having spent a number of years in a Testing role)

  • Relevant IT Qualification
  • ISTQB
