Our client, suppliers of products to the Construction and Civils market is requiring a Dispatch Clerk to join their team

Job Type: Permanent – on Site

Location: Port Elizabeth/ Gqeberha

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating daily dispatch activities
  • Assist with the scheduling drivers and their deliveries
  • check stock delivered according to Invoices
  • Help monitor and update dispatch logs and schedules
  • Ensure delivery times are adhered to
  • Communicate basic route details and delivery instructions to drivers
  • Prepare paperwork
  • Relay information and updates to management

Experience and Qualification

  • Matric
  • Experience in a similar role

Skills

  • Strong communicator
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
