Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in creditors management or a similar financial administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Experience in taking meeting minutes and handling general administration
  • Familiarity with creditors processes, invoicing, and payment schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
  • Reliable transport or a valid RSA driver's license

Skills Required:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with financial software (beneficial)

Duties Include:

  • Processing and managing creditor accounts, including invoice reconciliation
  • Ensuring timely payments to suppliers
  • Taking and transcribing minutes during meetings
  • General administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and correspondence
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve any payment-related queries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assisting with audits and financial reporting when required
