Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Tertiary IT qualification will be advantageous
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate will be advantageous
- 3 Years hands-on IT experience with relevant IT qualifications
- 5 Years hands-on IT experience where no formal IT qualification is held
- Corporate IT support experience is highly advantageous
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of hardware and software support
- Knowledge of Active Directory and user account administration
- Knowledge of LAN/WLAN and network connectivity
- Knowledge of network cabling and telephone systems
- Service-orientated and professional approach
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Willingness to participate in an after-hours standby roster
