  • Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, manage task assignments to project resources, and report on and manage project scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, service organizations, and implementation partners.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy, apprise management of issues affecting project status, and offer solutions to solve the issues.
  • Create and support standards, processes, and procedures necessary to produce the deliverables from the team.
  • Confidently make presentations to small, mid-size, and large audiences
  • Responsible for overall project coordination, including managing scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating resources, budget management, resolving problems, staff management, budgets, sales reviews, etc.
  • Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, ongoing project health analysis, significant issue tracking, and communication with the project team, business lines, and management levels regularly.
  • Research, identify risks, and propose contingency & mitigation plans.
  • Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the business.
  • Possess strong knowledge of project management theory and practices.
  • Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure timelines are delivered on time, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
  • Recognize, recommend, and implement Organizational Change Management strategy and deliverables in the project.
  • Organising appointments and meetings with prospective customers/clients
  • Have excellent relationship-building and communications skills.
  • Identifying and establishing new business and negotiating contracts
  • Previous experience in medical device sales is beneficial.
  • Have the proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments.
