Minimum Requirements:
* Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for
growth.
* Responsible and accountable for achieving both operational and sales objectives.
* 2+ years of management experience within the retail environment (preferably within the group).
* Proficiency in SAP software and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently.
* Deadline and results-driven, able to meet performance goals within set timelines.
* Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven success in sales with a passion for driving results.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Matric or equivalent qualification.
