My client based in Kroonstad is looking for a Financial Manager to join their tight knit team as a Financial Manager. If you are a CA(SA) / SAIPA / SAIBA qualified individual, please apply today.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insight on financial health of the organisation, by monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Lead external audit function and prepare group financial statements for audit
  • Ensure the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations
  • Day-to-day cashflow- and capital allocation management
  • Group asset management including insurance
  • Produce long-term business plans
  • Expand and supervise budgets and financial systems/models
  • Supervise business modelling and risk assessment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of BCom Accounting degree, completed articles with SAICA, SAIPA or SAIBA, CA(SA) preferred
  • Must have five years prior experience
  • Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Caseware experience will be advantageous
  • Strong English, Afrikaans both written and verbal
  • Own transport and a valid code EB (Code 08) drivers license
