A leading firm in the Building Services sector in Cape Town (North), is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical (HVAC & Wet Services) and Fire Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for Mechanical and Fire Engineering services, overseeing projects from inception to completion Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or BSc). Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Building Services Industry. Preferably registered as a Professional Engineer with ECSA or eligible for registration. Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential, with Revit experience considered advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Utilize Fire Engineering expertise to enhance project performance and safety. Prepare detailed specifications and bills of quantities for the mechanical scope of projects. Government projects experience beneficial
Salary:
