Job Summary This role involves managing all aspects of the store to ensure smooth operations, optimal stock control, and adherence to company policies and budgets. The Retail Manager will drive sales and profitability while leading the team, maintaining high customer service standards, and implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies.
