Casino Product Specialist: Sunbet at Sun International Sun Bet, as the online betting and gaming division of Sun International, leads the alternative gaming strategy and business objectives. It provides thought leadership and advice on betting and gaming product performance, revenue growth, operational governance and service standards. The role also builds strategic relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and leads the integration of online sports betting projects into operations. Responsibilities The Casino Product Specialist will be responsible for measuring, developing, and managing online gaming products and tools. The role implements new products and enhances existing offerings based on data analysis and market indicators, promoting SunBet as the online gaming brand of choice. Key activities include analysis of business intelligence tools and data, reporting on trends, piloting and testing products, and making recommendations to continuously improve casino product innovation and standards. Work cross-functionally to define and implement casino product roadmaps, prioritize features and execute the end-to-end product life cycle. Develop reporting & analysis methods/templates for casino operations to understand product performance. Perform data analysis on product performance, spend, odds and margin analysis, customer segments and player profitability, casino promotions, etc. to drive product decisions. Analyze and diagnose product performance issues and challenges and offer solutions aligned with product knowledge and business needs. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on casino products to determine growth and performance. Develop and implement action plans to boost casino performance and offerings to remain competitive. Research, recommend and implement gaming product innovations and new technologies across the customer experience. Work collaboratively with all customer-facing functions to ensure consistent and accurate messaging on casino products. Quality-ensure and test/pilot solutions and products before delivery to business. Collaborate with management, operations and compliance teams to mitigate casino operational risk. Understand casino capabilities and customer needs and anticipate future requirements. Monitor and review casino gaming revenue and identify challenges that need addressing. Review, measure, and optimize casino promotional campaigns and bonus offers. Communicate and monitor the effectiveness of bonusing tools on customer behavior and adjust where relevant. Work closely with CRM teams to identify opportunities for network promotions, exclusive game launches, new supplier integrations and new platform features. Create and present post-campaign analysis reports. Collaborate with operational teams to facilitate and monitor integration and content release processes for new game providers. Follow a data-driven approach to continuously monitor performance of the gaming offering and make adjustments to the casino lobby accordingly. Project manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution with marcomms, design, digital and operations teams. Facilitate and maintain partnerships and relationships to support product and services development, refinement and implementation. Qualifications 3 Year Degree / Diploma in Business Management Experience 8 years’ experience in product management within the gambling/online gaming industry.
