About The Role The Senior Site Reliability Engineer II will guide product and development teams to define, improve, and maintain system reliability. This role requires deep technical knowledge, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Requirements Experience with cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Azure VMs, Azure Functions Strong focus on Azure and/or AWS Engineering Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript, PowerShell) Systems knowledge: Linux/UNIX/Windows, storage Monitoring tools: Datadog, Coralogix, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor Understanding of SRE and DevOps practices Knowledge of networking and security best practices Databricks experience is an additional advantage Responsibilities Lead Kubernetes deployment and management—including architecture, networking, CI/CD, storage, and security. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement high‑quality cloud solutions. Administer and support Databricks environments, managing permissions, storage, and networking. Investigate complex technical issues using observability tools and root‑cause analysis. Implement infrastructure best practices and automate repetitive tasks. Support program installations, system configurations, and user modifications. Refine system monitoring and reporting in collaboration with support teams. Operate across Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver timely solutions. Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.
