Video Production Specialist - Freelancer Editor We are a growing U.S.-based video marketing agency seeking a talented full-time remote Video Editor to join our team. We work with a wide range of clients and are looking for someone who can deliver world‑class, story‑driven video content with consistency, creativity, and speed. Key Responsibilities Edit long‑form interview footage (45+ minutes) into compelling 2–3‑minute narrative videos. Craft impactful stories using interviews, b‑roll, and supplemental assets. Add graphics, titles, transitions, and basic motion graphics to enhance storytelling. Improve audio quality: clean dialogue, balance levels, and integrate music that elevates emotional impact. Perform color correction and color grading to ensure professional, polished results. Deliver high‑quality videos efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Collaborate closely with the team, follow direction, and communicate clearly throughout each project. Job Requirements Native or fluent English speaker 5+ years of professional video editing experience Strong storytelling ability and narrative editing skills Responsive, communicative, with a strong sense of urgency Reliable high‑speed internet capable of handling 200+GB uploads/downloads Ability to work 40 hours per week (full‑time contract role) Preferred Skills Adobe After Effects (motion graphics) Photoshop / Canva / general graphic design experience Bilingual in Spanish and English About You The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You are confident editing branded stories, interviews, testimonials, and corporate videos at a high production level.
