Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of a complex multi-asset portfolio Shape private markets and direct property allocations within a total-portfolio framework Manage asset manager selection, oversight, and performance accountability Act as principal investment advisor to governance committees Ensure portfolio alignment with product objectives, regulations, and risk frameworks Build strong cross-functional relationships across product, actuarial, and finance Mentor and develop a high-performing investment team What We\'re Looking For 10+ years of experience in institutional investments or multi-asset portfolio management Deep understanding of strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk Experience overseeing both public and private markets investments Confident presenter and advisor to senior stakeholders or investment boards Leadership track record within complex investment environments Why Explore This Role?
