Key Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and validate requirements for IT3 Tax Reporting, producing BRS, FS, and data mapping documents. Analyse CL‑STRUCT source data and map required fields into Axiom templates. Define data lineage and transformation logic for IT3 regulatory reporting. Facilitate workshops with Tax, Finance, Business and IT stakeholders. Collaborate with developers, integration teams and Axiom specialists on interface and ETL requirements. Support SIT and UAT for IT3 outputs, ensuring SARS compliance readiness. Track and resolve defects while maintaining structured communication across governance forums. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Taxation, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within financial services. Proven background in regulatory or tax reporting projects. Prior IT3 Reporting or SARS compliance project experience (highly advantageous). Experience with CL‑STRUCT or similar structured product systems. Strong data mapping, SQL, and ETL/lineage validation experience. Familiarity with Axiom or similar regulatory reporting platforms. Skills: Strong documentation ability (BRS, FS, data mapping). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to work under tight regulatory timelines. Solid financial services BA background. Regulatory/tax reporting exposure. Strong data and systems analysis capability.
