Senior Labour Advisor (Reference: JHB) Consultant: Mellissa Rambally – Dante Personnel Johannesburg Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on labour law matters, including litigation and arbitration. Handle conflict and grievance resolutions between employees and management. Interpret employment contracts and agreements, offering guidance on collective bargaining. Support health and safety and employee wellbeing initiatives within the motor industry. Maintain daily planning and administrative tasks. Travel extensively and on short notice as required. Qualifications LLB Degree or equivalent. Three years’ experience in Labour Law and/or litigation. At least two years’ experience in arbitrations. Good command of Afrikaans and English. Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Advanced understanding of employment contracts and agreements. Experience in a trade union environment (advantage).
