Job Responsibilities Communicating the product roadmap and vision and sharing product expertise with the agile team / s Setting priorities effectively, i.e. prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the team understands why the stories are in a specific order to maximize the team's output Elaborating / publishing user story requirements in a timely fashion Clarifying user story requirements / answering team questions quickly and concisely Creating clear, testable acceptance criteria for stories Participating in scrum team meetings (grooming, planning, review, etc.) Drive the agile team / s to break stories down into smaller stories that comfortably fit in a sprint and have business value Actively work with agile team / s to identify ways to increase velocity Engaging internal stakeholders and external contacts as needed to provide direction to the team. Drives maximizing the business value and quality output of the agile teams Provides guidance to other Product Owners while providing training / acting as a mentor to junior Product Owners Takes on some product management activities as needed Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required Bachelor's degree in in related field or equivalent experience in software development tasks. 8 plus years of related work experience. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience Excellent leadership and organizational skills Strong ability to understand technical issues at a high level Demonstrates strong accountability Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate as a change agent, influencing and driving action organizationally Work Environment Standard work environment Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
