The Associate Creative Director will oversee the creative direction and strategy for various projects, ensuring alignment with client branding and strategic goals. Responsibilities include guiding and refining creative concepts, leading art direction, overseeing branding initiatives, managing graphic design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering creativity, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all campaigns and materials. Qualifications Proficiency in creative direction and strategy, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling and cohesive ideas. Excellent graphic design skills. Strong understanding of conversion-based design. Proficiency with UX design principles. Strong expertise in branding, maintaining and enhancing brand identity across diverse projects and platforms. Advanced skills in art direction and graphic design, including creating visually engaging, innovative designs. Experience in project leadership and team collaboration, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey creative ideas effectively to clients and team members. Ability to support the advertising team. Strong understanding of social media design. Proven experience with video editing. Extensive typography application experience. Nice to Have Video effects experience. Conversion optimization training through visual design. Copy-writing for design layout experience.
