  • Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair production machinery, specifically packaging equipment
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust PLC-controlled systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machinery performance
  • Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns and provide efficient solutions
  • Install and commission new machinery and equipment
  • Perform diagnostics on electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and reports for machinery repairs and performance
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and reduce downtime
  • Assist with any other tasks related to machinery maintenance as needed
